A food manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to support daily operations within the QA Department. The ideal candidate will hold an associate degree and have prior experience in the food manufacturing industry. Preferred qualifications include certifications in PCQI, SQF, and HACCP, as well as a Pasteurization License. This role will also require regular use of the Genesis labeling program.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct post-sanitation swabs and perform pre-operational inspections.
+ Coach and support sanitation personnel.
+ Verify chemical concentrations and ensure proper documentation.
+ Perform testing on finished products and raw materials.
+ Support SSOP training and development.
+ Carry out routine quality checks throughout production.
+ Participate in root cause analysis activities.
