What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of a collaborative and high-performing IT team, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of enterprise database environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, configuring, and patching SQL Server instances (single-instance and High Availability environments using Availability Groups), ensuring compliance with defined versions and patch levels.
• Monitoring QA and Production environments and continuously improving monitoring and observability capabilities.
• Maintaining secure environments by enforcing the principle of least privilege and best security practices.
• Ensuring optimal performance through regular index and statistics maintenance.
• Troubleshooting performance issues in close collaboration with development teams, applying appropriate configurations and indexing strategies.
