2. Expert in SQL, TSQL, RDBMS concepts, SSRS, SSIS

3. Good understanding on .NET, VB.NET and C#, specially in windows service applications

4. Good understanding of multiple integration layer

5. Good understanding of production support

6. Good understanding on ITIL processes and standards (Good to have)

7. Good to have VB and VBA knowledge

8. Good in identify risk and mitigate

9. Must be good learner to drive from front
