Job Title: Data Migration Specialist ETL Developer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SQL Developer or Data Analyst with 3 6 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SQL, SSIS, and Power Query, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid educational background in Computer Science or related fields.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, development, and optimization of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.

Implement scalable data models and ETL processes using SSIS and Power Query.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

Support data migration, integration, and validation activities.

Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Document processes, queries, and data flows for future reference.

Contribute to data migration and integration projects, especially involving ERP systems.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development.

Proven expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL code.

Strong understanding of relational databases, indexing, procedures, joins and query performance.

Hands-on experience with SSIS and Power Query for ETL and data transformation.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CRM, etc.).

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools
