Key responsibilities

.Oversee appraisal standards, gold valuation practices, and adherence to approved rate sources and LTV norms for all product variants.

.Ensure collateral safety, vault and strong room management, CCTV Hub maintenance, insurance coverage, and robust dual-control processes at HO, regional offices, and branches. ¿

.Implement periodic surprise audits, Monitoring of reconciliation of pledged ornaments with system records, and timely closure of Gold, KYC, Audit discrepancies along with disciplinary actions on reported incidents.

.Monitor delinquencies, collections, and auction pipelines drive NPA reduction, recovery strategies, and Probable NPA accounts in line with Board-approved policies and RBI guidelines.
