We are migrating from Vagaro to Square and need an **experienced specialist** to rebuild and optimize our entire booking, packages, automation, and intake workflow inside Square.
This is a basic setup.
You must know how to structure:
• Square Appointments (services, durations, pricing tiers)
• Packages / prepaid service credits (Vagaro-style replication)
• Intake + consent forms (automation triggered)
• Email & SMS sequences (booking, reminders, follow-ups)
• Clean client tracking & reporting
CRITICAL:
Square must integrate flawlessly with Lovable (website + booking layer).
No duplicate contacts.
No broken automations.
No messy data sync.
You should understand:
