The Enterprise Office of Access Management (EOAM) provides patient access-centric systems, capabilities and knowledge that enable the practice to execute on Mayo Clinic's access priorities and meet the needs of our patients. The EOAM Practice Partner Unit is responsible for co-management of patient access and provider capacity, utilizing access data to improve practice performance toward patient access targets and improvement initiatives, in collaboration with Practice Leadership. Senior Access Advisors provide analysis, interpretation, and recommendations at a local, departmental or site level. This role supports clinical division and department patient throughput by providing leadership in a team environment.
