As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will drive strategic growth, manage key accounts, build strong customer relationships, and mentor your team to foster excellence and revenue growth.

  • Responsible for the yearly sales targets from Refining customer and Chemical, Gas, Power industrial customers. 
  • Create and execute account plans for customers.
  • Build up strong relationship with existing key customers as account manager.
  • Find customer’s issues and understand customer’s pain to propose suitable solutions to solve them by using global resources.
  • Get customer’s satisfaction through daily activities and/or specific projects.
  • Contribute to improve a status in refining segment through your activities including above.
  • Maintain CRM regularly to keep track of Opportunities 

  • Engineering degree (instrumentation, Chemical, IT, Electronics etc)
  • At least 2- years sales experience in the automation for refining industries.
  • DCS, PLC or industrial Systems selling experience.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic customer relationships. 
  • Make account plan how to growth.
  • Strong Communication Skill internally and externally.
  • Good English in both writing and speaking. Or try to improve English.
  • Japanese language (native level)
  • Basic knowledge of Control system.
