What's the role?
General Ledger Accounting
This role is responsible for multiple accounting tasks that comprise:
Journal entries: Record daily, weekly and monthly journal entries across different entities.
Payroll: Oversees and support payroll activities to ensure correct payments and internal control processes are followed. Work with internal and external stakeholders for social security compliance.
Taxes: Prepares, reviews workpapers for external fiscal consultants for tax compliance.
Financial Reporting: Prepares financial reports and their support schedules.
Statutory Audit: Conducts the process with external and internal auditors.
Skills
This position requires a college level degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a global company. The following skills and knowledge are also desired:
Experience with accounting software programs, ERPs (such as PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) ...
