Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Accountant to join RX Industries’ finance team. This role will play a key part in managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
2. Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions.
3. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow tracking.
4. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
5. Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data.
6. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
7. Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
8. Generate financial reports and assist management with analysis for business planning.
9. Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align financial workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.G., Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
