Job Description Job Description Job Title: Sr Accountant Location: Sacramento, CA (onsite) Contract Duration: 6 months Working hours: 8am-5pm M-F Description Primary staff responsible for reviewing reimbursement draw requests submitted by County departments for the American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA). Staff will review on sample basis costs being claimed to contracts executed. Nature of contracts will be reviewed/compared to actual approval of projects for consistency. Costs will be reconciled to COMPASS ( SAP) to ensure cost has been incurred and payment received. Also includes compliance to U.S. Treasury rules and guidelines, Federal OMB guidelines and contract terms. Assist the accounting manager is the compiling of federal expenditures for SEFA reporting purposes. This will also include acting as a liaison for any potential audits of the ARPA program.
