Job Description

About the Role:

The Senior Accountant will assist the team responsible for SEC reporting and technical accounting research. SEC reporting includes the preparation and review of SEC and external filings including but not limited to the 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K (Earnings Release), Investor Presentation, DEF14A (Proxy). Technical research includes researching complex accounting transactions to ensure they comply with US GAAP and the Company’s Uniform Accounting Policies.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in execution and review of SEC filings and external reporting (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and DEF 14A, including XBRL) including management discussion and analysis, description of business, financial statements including footnotes and supporting schedules
