Interco is a complex environment with many departments involved different solutions and different sub-processes leading the need to focus on:

  • Increase automation
  • Optimize process
  • Centralize master data
  • Build a robust Governance

Accordingly, and in line with best practices, Sanofi decided to create an integrated interco Center of Excellence (CoE) combining a deep knowledge in business processes, technical expertise and software delivery with a passion for user experience.
