Job Description
The Regional Controller – Latin America (P&S Segment) is a critical member of the global finance leadership team and a key business partner to regional leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and local regulatory requirements while driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making across the region.
Reporting to the Global Controller – P&S, this position oversees the preparation of timely and accurate consolidated financial statements, statutory reporting, and compliance activities, while providing financial leadership to support growth in one of the company's most complex and dynamic regions.
JOB DUTIES:
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation for the Latin America region.
- Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and maquiladora-specific regulatory requirements in Mexico.
