Job Title: Sr. Admission Counselor

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (School Counseling Mandatory)
(Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in education/management/Humanities preferred)
About the Role
KR Mangalam School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admission Counselor to manage the full cycle of student admissions and guide prospective parents/students through the school’s academic offerings, admission policies, and enrollment process. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in school admissions and counseling with excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students for admission inquiries.
- Provide detailed information regarding school programs, curriculum, fee structure, admission criteria, campus facilities, and policies.
- Facilitate campus tours and ensure a positive experience for parents and visitors.
- Manage and process admission applications, maintain accurate documentation, and oversee enrollment formalities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins to ensure inquiry-to-admission conversion.
- Maintain updated records in CRM/ERP, generate MIS reports, and submit weekly dashboards to management.
- Coordinate with academic departments, finance, administration, and marketing teams for seamless onboarding and orientation.
- Participate in admission campaigns, open houses, school fairs, and outreach activities to build brand visibility and strengthen admission pipelines.
- Handle parent queries professionally and maintain strong relationships throughout the admission lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, timelines, and admission protocols.

- Must have more than 2 years of experience in k12 Counselling.
