Project Summary:

Centene's Journey Management team is preparing to migrate Member Experience Journeys to the Adobe One tech stack throughout . This includes Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The objective is to accelerate campaign delivery, streamline operational workflows, and ensure that journeys are consistently built, tested, and deployed at the pace required to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
