Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and componentsProvide technical expertise and guidance to crossfunctional teamsConduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirementsDevelop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practicesEnsure compliance with electrical codes and standardsManage project budgets and timelinesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvementMUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree (electrical, electromechanical or electronic engineering)Five years of experience designing PCB´sEnglish proficiencyProficiency in industry-standard EDA software (., Altium, Valor, Cadence Allegro, KiCad), knowledge of high-speed digital design, RF/analog layout.Experience with simulation tools and layout of complex multilayer printed circuit boards containing analog, digital and high voltage power components.Knowledge of DFMA and DFTProven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projectsStrong knowledge of electrical design principles and practicesProficiency in electrical design software and toolsWE VALUE
Master's or . in Electrical Engineering or related fieldStrong leadership and project management abilitiesAbility to drive innovation and implement new technologiesExperience with advanced electrical engineering concepts and methodologiesExpertise in specialized areas of electrical engineering (., power systems, control systems, Publication record and active participation in industry conferences and forums#LI-Onsite
