+ He / She should Define & lead problem solving process which supports PMT-HPS-LSS goals & objectives.
+ He / She should use technical capability and significant problem-solving skills for complex problems that involves interaction with key technical disciplines.
+ He / She should dedicatedly work in improving technical processes independently or through cross-functional teams.
+ He / She should apply and develop advanced methodologies and technologies for Innovation of Product.
+ He / She should provide technical insight to analyze risks and opportunities and minimize risk and maximize opportunity.
+ Possess the ability to manage ambiguity and find solution for customers that matches the technology offerings within the business.
+ Experience in Testing techniques, test plan and develop test cases and execute them as planned Tech Expert, Sharing the test design and get the sign off to proceed with test execution. developed test cases to cover all the requirements.
+ Can quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts, Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
+ Strong listening and coordination skills to appreciate the customer’s concern and able to work along technical team to successfully resolve them.
+ Minimum bachelor’s degree in technology area of emphasis
+ Conducting internal/external design reviews, Generating technical documentation from marketing requirements.
**Skills:**
+ Overall, **12-14+ years** of Experience minimum
+ Candidate is required to have Process/Domain/Operations/Project Engineering/Maintenance knowledge in Manufacturing Process industries, Power plant operations, Refinery & Petrochemical industries.
+ Candidate should have experience in any of DCS System like Honeywell Experion PKS, Emerson Delta V, Yokogawa, Invensys Foxboro or ABB DCS
+ Candidate should have experience in control system operation & troubleshooting through DCS.
+ Candidate should understand Plant condition, desired mode of process parameter values, Process Alarms, Critical Tags and performance indicators in production operations.
+ Candidate should have understanding and hands-on with Historian like Experion PKS, PHD & Dell Baremetal platform, VMWare Virtualization
+ Candidate should have understanding on Microsoft Azure Cloud
+ Candidate should have hands-on experience on UDC, & HCI application
+ Candidate should handle customer requirements, evaluate requirement with product offering and engage with product team to elaborate customer needs.
+ Candidate should have knowledge and experience with Industrial/Communication Protocols such as - PROFINET, PROFIBUS, EthernetIP, Modbus, OPC DA, OPC UA, HART, Fieldbus etc. for third party interfaces.
+ Candidate should have knowledge on the overall Software lifecycle of product development.
+ Candidate having knowledge on the Virtualization/Networking Concepts like VMWare and hands-on with Managed Switches.
+ He / She should have Good Knowledge on Virtualization (VMWare)
+ He / She having Cloud/OnPrem/Hybrid understanding and hands-on will be of added advantage.
+ He / She should understand JMeter scripting will be of added advantage
+ He / She having CEH Certification & performed cyber security testing will be of added advantage.
+ Exposure to Test and Requirement Management Tools such as JIRA, Xray, is must.
+ Experience working as SME/PO in execution of Major NPIs releases for Process Industry.
+ Should have very good Logical reasoning and Analytical skills.
+ Solid communication and collaborative skills
