Talascend is currently seeking a Sr Advanced Program/Project Engineer for a contract opportunity located in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Description:
We are seeking multiple Principal Systems engineers to join our Jet Engine/Turbofan Propulsion Project Engineering team. We are looking for project and program leaders who can quickly integrate into the team and assist in planning, estimating, baselining, and executing complex turbofan engine design and aircraft integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, estimate, baseline, and execute complex turbofan engine design and aircraft integration projects.
* Work with aircraft OEMs, customers, and other key stakeholders.
* Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
* Utilize program management, EVMS, Cost Account management, Jira/Agile tools, and requirements-based systems engineering skills.
