Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Advanced Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications, leveraging their expertise in .NET, Core, Web API, and Angular. This role requires a strong focus on creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces and architecting scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices, as well as integrating AI/ML models and LLM APIs into applications.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Create visually compelling UI and graphic designs that align with brand guidelines and business goals
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve designs
  • Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across platforms and devices
  •  Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET / ASP. Net Core / Web API and Angular
  • Build responsive, user-friendly UI components using modern Angular practices
  • Architect scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices
  • Integrate AI/ML models and LLM APIs into web applications

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer engineering/ Computer Science or similar field is required.
  • Around 10 plus years of Industry and proven experience is required.
  • Agile Program Management experience is helpful.
  • Database development and management
  • Certifications in software development field and usage of latest technologies is desirable.

    • Knowledge and Experience:

  • Hands on experience on Program management and tools.
  • Work experience is Factory/manufacturing environment
  • Experience of developing database solutions for optimization of process.
  • Should have relevant proven experience of managing digitization projects.
  • Ability to identify and deploy process improvements.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status and program needs across different levels of the organization and different operating environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering sustainable solutions to difficult business problems
