What does this role look like?

Purpose

• The purpose of this job is to lead and shape organizational development (OD) strategy in partnership with senior leaders. This role provides expert OD Consultation and thought leadership across the full strategy and program lifecycle, diagnosing complex organizational challenges, designing and guiding transformational learning & leadership initiatives, and evaluating impact, to strengthen organizational effectiveness, culture and leadership capability across the organization.
