We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in full-stack development, DevOps practices, and AI/ML technologies to integrate AI/ML solutions into R&D digital products. This role is pivotal in establishing robust CI/CD pipelines and managing AI/ML solution deployment processes on Microsoft Azure.

• Developing user interfaces using React and JavaScript.
• Integrating AI/ML features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, and data visualization.

• Server and database management for functionality and efficiency.
• API development for communication between front and backend, including AI model endpoints.
• Data management using SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Managing deployment processes on Azure cloud platforms.
• Monitoring performance and implementing updates.
• Designing, training and deploying AI/ML models (rule-based engines, NLP, computer vision).
• Optimizing AI/ML algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Seamlessly integrating models into application architecture.

• Proficiency in Python (Dash & Flask), Java, PySpark, and SQL.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.
• Hands‑on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proven experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and deployment strategies for Azure.
• Two plus years of work experience in AI, specializing in implementation of AI and generative AI solutions.
• Experience with GenAI (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI).
• Hands‑on experience developing retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) chatbots.
• Experience building and deploying AI Agent applications.
