Under general direction, independently execute routine & intermediate transactions and resolve problems. Prepare and validate reports and maintain controls in alignment with internal policies and clients' needs.

  • Stakeholder Interaction & Problem solving

Interface with internal and external personnel including senior operations staff, legal, relationship management, IT, banks, brokers, custodians, portfolio managers, and/or traders to obtain information and resolve problems.

  • Self-Initiated Research

Enhance understanding of Principal Global Investors' products, team procedures, and clients' needs through self-initiated research, participation in available training programs and involvement in on-going investment activities.
