Key Responsibilities
Senior SAP S/4HANA MM and AP configuration and support, ensuring stability and optimization across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
Partner with business stakeholders from Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Finance to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive process standardization.
Configure and support key functionalities including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoice Verification, Inventory Movements , Vendor Master, and Payment Processing.
Manage integration points between MM and FI (Finance) modules for GR/IR reconciliation, invoice posting, and payment automation.
Drive automation and digitalization initiatives for vendor invoicing, approval workflows, and payment optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, rollouts, and S/4HANA upgrades.
Perform issue analysis, debugging, and coordination with SAP support or technical teams.
Document business processes, configurations, and change requests in alignment with internal controls (SOX compliance).
Provide user training and ensure adherence to global system governance and best practices.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of SAP experience including at least one S/4HANA implementation or upgrade.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management) and FI-AP (Accounts Payable).
Solid understanding of P2P processes from requisition through payment.
Integration knowledge between MM, FI, and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, CO).
Experience in invoice automation and 3-way match processes (PO, GR, Invoice).
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for procurement and AP.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP certification in S/4HANA Materials Management or Financial Accounting.
Experience with Ariba, Coupa, or VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solutions.
Knowledge of tax configuration, GR/IR clearing, and vendor payment terms optimization.
Experience working in global or multi-entity environments with diverse compliance requirements.
