The role includes understanding the compensation system for both the locally hired employees and the expatriatesCreating the file for monthly payroll which will include giving input to the vendor, checking the salary sheets and submitting the accounting annexuresAssisting the confirmation, promotion, transfers, offer letters, exit formalities etcAssisting in managing the taxation matters related to expatriates and filing of the returnsFiling of monthly returns and maintaining registersAssisting in introduction and drafting of policies related to employee benefits, conducting the research work, policy communication etc.Assisting in the compliances of the organization from HRD encompassing: Statutory compliances - Filing registrations & returns etc.Compliance related to PF. Handling all the cases related to PF, completion of the required documentation, managing the withdrawal/transfer cases, replying to notifications if any.Supporting the readiness for Internal audit RBI compliances – Various reportingManaging the Leave & Attendance systemWorking on the employee database & personnel files for all staff for SMBC India.Vendor Management – processing invoices and vendor agreement renewalsCreating documentation pertaining to employee life cycle – other letters as and when requested by employees from time to time. HRISAssisting team members in preparation of documentation related to FRRO, Pan Card, Aadhaar, Bank Account for expats.On-boarding & documentation collection of new joinersCreation of new joiner’s emailer announcementReview and update of the HRD Procedure Manual and Staff HandbookPreparation of HC Reports Preparation of ADHOC data requests & AUDIT data Assisting in organizing Sahaaak Sessions for employees Section 4: (a) Knowledge (b) Skills (c) Experience (d) Qualifications
- Skills: Good command on Excel & English communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Knowledge in HR domain: (preferably in HR Operations & Payroll)- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience- Qualification: Postgraduate OR equivalent in Human Resource
