Responsibilities

  • The role includes understanding the compensation system for both the locally hired employees and the expatriates
  • Creating the file for monthly payroll which will include giving input to the vendor, checking the salary sheets and submitting the accounting vouchers
  • Assisting the confirmation, promotion, transfers, exit formalities etc
  • Assisting in managing the taxation matters related to expatriates and filing of the returns
  • Filing of monthly returns and maintaining registers
  • Assisting in introduction and drafting of policies related to employee benefits, conducting the research work, policy communication etc.
  • Assisting in the compliances of the organization from HRD encompassing: Statutory compliances - Filing registrations & returns etc. Compliance related to PF.
