Provide user support of the global time tracking process & related systems Analyse & resolve Data Errors in the Financial and HR system landscape globally Identify root causes and long term system and/or process improvements in collaboration with Finance, HR, Payroll and Information Technology stakeholders Document system or process issues consistently and clearly Document system requirements Support financial system projects through analysis and testing. Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance within financial systems. Assist in system maintenance, data management, and software updates.
