  • Provide user support of the global time tracking process & related systems
  • Analyse & resolve Data Errors in the Financial and HR system landscape globally
  • Identify root causes and long term system and/or process improvements in collaboration with Finance, HR, Payroll and Information Technology stakeholders
  • Document system or process issues consistently and clearly
  • Document system requirements
  • Support financial system projects through analysis and testing.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance within financial systems.
  • Assist in system maintenance, data management, and software updates.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts as required.
