What Will You Be Doing?

The Senior Analyst, Inflight Analytics and Reporting is a key agent in monitoring and analyzing Inflight performance, dependability, and operations data to make recommendations that improve the business. This role will also serve as a subject matter expert for all Inflight Experience workforce functions—including planning, forecasting, and real-time monitoring of performance metrics and results. The Senior Analyst will leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to drive operational efficiency, reduce manual touchpoints, and enhance the quality of insights delivered across the organization.
