Sr. Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The **Sr Analyst, People Analytics and Reporting** is responsible for the intake, planning, communication, and oversight of complex projects utilizing HR data to provide HR and organizational leaders with the insight necessary to drive business decisions for a 43k employee Fortune 300 Company utilizing HRIS (Workday), Snowflake, and Power BI reporting & analytics platforms. The Sr Analyst, People Analytics and Reporting serves as the teams project management function and leverages their organizational & analytical skills, knowledge of application tools, visualization techniques and best practices, and HR acumen to drive the development of ad hoc & live analytical solutions that meet the business requirements.
