Hiring for Sr. Analyst Service Support Management for a Leading MNC Organization at Bangalore.
Number of Positions: 20
Work Location: Bangalore
Shifts: US Shift (6 PM to 2:45 AM, 9 PM to 5:45 AM, 11PM to 7:45 AM)
Training Duration: The training for this role will span up to 6 Months and will be conducted as classroom training at the office.
Work Model: Hybrid (1 week Work from Office & 3 weeks Work from Home)
Salary Grid: Up to 10.5 LPA
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3.5+ years of experience(Mandatory)
Relevant work experience PnC insurance Or BFSI(International Voice)
Exceptional communication skills - Available to Join in 30-45 Days
Primary Responsibilites:
Act as the primary point of contact for the branch, providing comprehensive support
Responsible for end-to-end support of the policy lifecycle services • Maintain appropriate documentation in files
Follow up with retailers, markets, finance companies and vendors as needed
Priortization of tasks, emails, and rush requests to meet customer demand
Develop keen understanding of various upstream and downstream services to take appropriate actions and decide on assignment of work
Support 1-3 Producers at the branch
Monitor and follow up on service requests from retailers, ensuring their accuracy and timely completion
Handle queries effectively, aiming to minimize re-work for downstream services
Collaborate with branch on month-end binders and reduce penalties on state requirements
