Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and maintain Android applications with a focus on performance and quality.
• Translate design mockups and specifications into high‑quality, reusable code.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 6+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Coroutines & Flow (preferred) or RxJava, Retrofit & Room.
• Strong product sense and ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Designers.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for solving technical challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable).
