Sr Application Engineer-Gearbox

与客户和销售沟通，充分理解客户的需求，完成齿轮产品的选择和细节设计。必要时和国外研发中心合作，完成复杂产品的设计。

Communicate with customers and sales dept, fully understand their needs, and complete the selection and detailed design of gearbox. When necessary, cooperate with R&D centers to complete the design of complex products.

结合实际生产经验，分析产品检测数据，优化图纸。

Based on actual production experience, analyze the product inspection data and optimize the drawings.

和制造部、质量部合作，分析、纠正加工过程中的偏差；分析和纠正不良品、返工品；

Cooperate with the manufacturing department and the quality department to analyze and correct deviations during the processing. Analyze and correct defective products and reworked products.

协助供应商认证，分析供应商质量问题，协助供应商正确理解图纸。

Assist suppliers in certification, analyze quality issues of suppliers, and help suppliers correctly understand the drawings.

对销售和客户的技术支持，包括：拜访客户，技术答疑，客户现场分析解决问题，参加展会等

Technical support for sales and customers, including visiting customers, answering technical questions, analyzing and solving problems on-site for customers, participating in exhibitions, etc.

负责审核并签订技术协议，提供或校对特殊客户及方案图纸，评估方案安全与风险。

Responsible for checking or signing technical agreement, offering or checking special customer drawing/solution drawing, evaluating the safety of solution and risk.

遵守EHSS（环境、健康、安全、可持续发展）相关的国家法律法规和公司政策制度，履行本岗位安全职责，并对本岗位安全生产负直接责任。

Comply with the national laws, regulations and company policies and systems related to EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainable Development), fulfill the safety responsibilities of this position, and be directly responsible for the safety production of this position.
