Role Description
Lead the design process from concept development to project completion.
Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
Develop and present design proposals to clients.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
Review and approve construction documents and specifications.
Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on technical and design issues.
Oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
Skills in Project Management and overseeing construction projects
Familiar with Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools and software
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural tools
Knowledge in urban planning and landscape designing is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
