Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate architectural shop drawings based on design specifications site conditions and construction requirements.
- Develop coordination drawings integrating structural and MEP elements to ensure clash‑free execution.
- Modify and update drawings in response to site instructions RFIs and design revisions.
- Interpret architectural plans and specifications ensuring compliance with project and authority standards.
- Collaborate with engineers consultants and site teams to resolve design and construction‑related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure drawings are delivered on time aligned with quality standards and construction programs.
- Adhere to local authority regulations (e.g. Dubai Municipality Abu Dhabi DMT etc.) and ensure compliance in all drawing submissions.
