- Co-own and convert raw requirements into the technical solutions with leads, understand end-to-end basic/medium and complex requirements and provide solutions and suggestions with all the task management independently.
- Participate and lead all the requirement elicitations and other implementation processes like design, development, QA etc.
- Consult with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Actively participate in project discussions with Tech leads//designers/developers/PMs etc. to conclude any open points.
- Manage activities independently like requirement gathering & documentation (User stories, BRD, FRD, Flow Diagram etc.) and review the same created by team members.
- Lead and manage daily stand-ups, walkthrough of FRD, designs, weekly status calls with clients, scrum events etc.
