**_POSITION SUMMARY_** _:_
The Senior Associate General Counsel will join the legal team and will report directly to the General Counsel. You will serve as the primary legal advisor on real estate, construction, and property development matters across all business operations. The position will require specialized legal counseling on real estate transactions, lease negotiations, property use and development matters, and regulatory matters while also supporting broader corporate legal initiatives. This position will be based in Springfield, Missouri.
**_DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES_** _:_
+ Provide proactive, practical, and timely day-to-day advice to internal business partners across all areas of Bass Pro and its affiliates' businesses on a wide variety of real estate-related legal issues.
+ Lead negotiations, draft, and review store leases, corporate office leases, distribution center leases, and other real estate agreements for Bass Pro's retail locations ...
