About the Program:

The Bhumi Fellowship is a full-time paid two-year programdesigned to develop educational changemakers to lead the next movement in the
public education system. Centred around the holistic development of children,
the Bhumi fellowship helps build an ecosystem within the school, to enable
school leaders and teachers to equip students with the knowledge, adaptability,
and resilience to thrive.

About the Role:

The Lead - Recruitment will be responsible for attracting the most suitable candidates as fellows for the Bhumi Fellowship programme. They will establish long-term partnerships with colleges across southern states for creating a pipeline of potential leaders for education.
