**Position Statement**
Reports into the Sr. Manager Talent & Leadership SSAIO. Primary responsibilities are to shape the future leadership landscape of the growing KSABK region in term of
·Leadership development
·Talent management
This role contributes to ensuring we develop bench strength needed to fill leadership roles with upcoming hotel pipeline in KSA (30 hotels in 3 years and 55 hotels in 5 years).

**Position Summary**
·Supports the EMEA Talent team by rolling out EMEA Leadership development programs and initiatives such as a director and GM development program, Leadership programs via Harvard Lead, Hilton Leadership capabilities role out to hotels in EMEA etc.
