Sr. Associate – Programmer Analyst

JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:

Design, customize and implement CRM (Sales, PSA) and ERP(HRMS) modules using various methodologies (Iterative, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban) which are built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Implement custom solutions, develop, and configure business functions, and client-side validations using C# (.Net framework), JavaScript, and CSS for styling. Create custom applications as an extension to Dynamics 365 using Canvas app (Power apps) and configure their role-based access control. Integrate data from CRM to other systems using flows (Power Automate), data import/export using D365 data management tools, and XRM Toolbox. Connect & extract data from files, databases (SQL Server), and cloud services (Azure, D365) using PL/SQL queries; data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema) of fact and dimension tables and create measures & formulas using DAX language for interactive and insightful Power BI reports.
