TIME BASIS TASKS

DAILY

- Conducts Product, Process or Upskilling trainings

- Manage nesting activities

- Assist operations as SME of the product when there's no classes

WEEKLY

- Conducts Knowledge Check and Identify training gaps

- Touch base with stakeholders to identify any process changes or updates and help clarify and cascase information

MONTHLY

- Update and develop training materials to meet the best training practice for the project

QUARTERLY

- Formulate, initiate and conduct best practice training for the project based on actual performance of the team

ANNUALY

- Keep training records and database accurate and up to date

OTHERS

- Help and maintain the positive engagement with employees

- Support the communication, education and execution of talent development policies and processes
