Job Description

Design, implement, and support enterprise AV and conferencing systems across global offices. Provide Tier 3 support for Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, and AV‑over‑IP solutions. Lead AV projects, including new installations, upgrades, and integrations. Develop and enforce global A/V standards, best practices, and documentation. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality technical solutions. Mentor junior team members and support functional analysis for M&A initiatives.
