Your Job
As a Sr Automation Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of automation systems across our manufacturing lines, ensuring process reliability, scalability, and alignment with corporate quality and safety standards. You will act as a technical authority, driving new projects, mentoring junior engineers, and introducing advanced automation technologies that enhance productivity, yield, and operational efficiency.

You will be part of the DSS division at the Molex Guadalajara facility, working in close collaboration with Manufacturing Engineers, Supervisors, Quality Engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
