Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy integrations, AI agents, MCP modules, and internal tools that automate complex workflows and reduce manual work. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Sales, Engineering, and IT to deliver high-impact opportunities for AI-powered automation.Integrate and optimize enterprise systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Jira, etc.) using APIs and MCP servers on platforms like Workato.Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance through rigorous testing and debugging; champion data privacy standards, especially for sensitive HR and Finance data within AI workflows.Continuously enhance and maintain integrations, agents, and MCPs while staying ahead of advancements in LLMs and orchestration frameworks.Collaborate cross-functionally and document architectures, workflows, and communication models for transparency and reusability.Required Qualifications
