Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
. To provide in-depth technical expertise and be able to configure the Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning systems to run as per the BST Semiconductor (SC) business requirements.

. Implement, customize, and test solutions on quality / pre-production systems and develop specific enhancements to meet BST (SC) business requirements.

. Collaborate with other technical experts and develop solution and functional / technical design documents to support development of final solutions.

. Supports Key users and user departments and provides corresponding documentation, innovative tools, trainings etc.,

. Conducts the required research and provides solutions back to the business users.

. Takes ownership and does what it is necessary to research the plan quality issue and escalate it when appropriate.
