Someone who has expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools.

We’re looking for a proactive account manager who excels at building and nurturing client relationships, driving measurable outcomes, and ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing and CRM campaigns. This role calls for a strategic thinker who can balance client satisfaction with business growth, using data, communication, and collaboration to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & amp; Visual Identity Leadership
● Own and maintain Mavlers’ brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
● Define, document, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency globally.
● Continuously evolve the brand look and feel in line with business growth and market positioning.
UI/UX & Digital Experience
● Lead UI/UX design for Mavlers’ websites, landing pages, microsites, and product interfaces.
● Create intuitive, conversion-focused user journeys for marketing and growth initiatives.
● Work closely with the marketing team and development team to ensure accurate and high-quality design implementation.
● Conduct usability testing and continuously improve design based on data and user behavior.
Marketing & Performance Design
● Design high-impact creatives for digital campaigns including ad banners, social media, display ads and paid media assets.
● Build scalable design systems and reusable components for marketing teams.
● Design email templates, newsletters, and campaign assets optimized for engagement and
conversion.
Marketing Collateral & Sales Enablement
● Create compelling sales and marketing collaterals such as pitch decks, case studies, brochures,
whitepapers, event materials, and presentations.
● Support demand generation and account-based marketing teams with customized creative assets.
Creative Direction & Team Collaboration
● Provide creative direction to junior designers and external partners when required.
● Collaborate with content, marketing, growth, and leadership teams to align design with business
strategy.
● Bring fresh ideas, emerging design trends, and innovation into Mavlers’ creative ecosystem.
Requirements -
● 8 to 12 years of experience in UI/UX design, brand design, and marketing-focused creative roles.
● Strong portfolio showcasing branding, websites, landing pages, marketing campaigns, and UI/UX
work.
● Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools.
● Deep understanding of marketing funnels, CRO principles, and growth-driven design.
● Experience designing for B2B and B2C digital products and marketing environments.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
