Sr. Bridge Design Engineer (Mumbai)

Essential RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.Experience: Proven 3–5-year experience in design of Bridges and other highway related structures, preferably in a consulting or engineering firm. Proficient in structural analysis software (such as SAP2000, MIDAS, or STAAD Pro) and CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit or SOFiSTiK).Working knowledge of Standards and CodesCommunication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a team with colleagues, seniors and clients.Ability to fully understand, explain, present and solve complex technical problems for technical and non-technical audiences.ResponsibilitiesContribute to a team of engineers and CAD technicians working on design and assessment of bridges as per Indian codes of practice.Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design calculations, drawings, and specifications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges and develop innovative solutions.Deliver project in accordance with to quality, timescales and budget.Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in bridge design, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
