Sr. BSA with experience solutioning within Salesforce Ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Communities) to support our insurance client with system design initiatives -

Duration: 8 Months (Extension likely)

Location: Hybrid (3x/week in Toronto)

Overview:

  • The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Senior BSA) will bridge business requirements with systems design through all phases of opportunity ideation or problem resolution and systems enhancement.
  • Defining and designing the business functionality of the system,
  • Ensuring that the system meets the defined business requirements.
  • Understanding and defining a strategic vision for key systems based online of business, their needs, known risks and dependencies in partnership with solutions architects.
