What You Will Do
- Work closely with corporate banking clients and internal product teams to define and enhance domestic payment solutions across RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, NACH, and bulk payments.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Intellect’s transaction banking platforms.
- Partner with product managers, architects, engineering teams, QA, and operations to deliver scalable, high-volume payment capabilities aligned to market and regulatory needs.
- Engage directly with banks’ business users, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders, gaining deep exposure to real-world corporate banking workflows.
- Support UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities, ensuring solutions meet client expectations for accuracy, speed, and reliability.
- Contribute to continuous product improvements by analysing payment trends, client feedback, and regulatory changes within the domestic payments landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate / transaction banking products, with deep exposure to domestic payments platforms and product implementations.
- Strong product understanding of RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, NACH, ECS, and bulk payment solutions, including product configuration, feature enhancements, and client-specific customizations.
- Proven experience translating banking product requirements into functional specifications, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria for scalable payment products.
- Good knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance requirements impacting domestic payments, including settlement cycles, cut-off timings, reporting, AML, and audit considerations.
- Hands-on experience working with regulatory-driven changes, supporting impact analysis, product updates, UAT validation, and go-live readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to work across bank business teams, operations, compliance, product management, and engineering.
- Experience working in Agile or product-based delivery models, supporting continuous product improvement and roadmap execution.
