Senior Business Development Executive – IT Services

Location: Mumbai – Andheri (Preference for local candidates)

Experience: 2 – 4 years (IT service-based companies only)

Job Type: Full-time

About the Company:

We are a fast-growing IT services company specializing in software development, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT services. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to our revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services domain.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for IT services, SaaS, cloud, and software solutions.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with delivery, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Assist in contract discussions, pricing, and proposal finalization.

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, and MIS for management review.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Business, or related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years in IT service-based companies (B2B sales experience preferred).

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

    • Understanding of IT services, software development, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise solutions.

    • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office.

    • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and clients simultaneously.

  • Other:

    • Preference for candidates based in Mumbai – Andheri or nearby.

    • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and proactive in business development.
